JUNIOR & YOUTH SESSIONS
SCHOOLBOY/GIRL (7 – 13)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday (4.30pm - 5.30pm)
An introduction to Boxing and fitness. Classes focus on the key skills of boxing, with the aim to develop technical skills and start to understand the tactical aspects of boxing. The Classes help with building confidence, self-esteem and improving physical fitness and factors such as balance and coordination.
JUNIOR & YOUTH (14 - 17)
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday & Friday (5pm - 7pm)
Thursday (7pm - 8.30pm)
Sunday (noon - 1.30pm)
Youth sessions build on the key skills of boxing with an emphasis on competition including sparring.
£8.00 per week or pay monthly £30.00
